Do you like chameleons? If so, this painting may be for you! There are lots of details in the background as well to portray a subtropical theme. I spent many many hours of thin layering and careful line matching with a tiny brush to make sure it is as flat and neat, yet with a gentle gradient at the same time. The dots on the chameleons are added quite thickly so there's some texture there.

Artwork is painted continuously over the corners, check out the photos! The colors are more vibrant in person, the first picture shows a scan before varnishing and has a more accurate color than the photographs of the finished piece.

Ready to hang on your wall, there is a sawtooth hanger attached at the back.

Signed on the front, titled & dated at the back, it is not finished with framing tape. There are 2 layers of varnish: one gloss base and one satin gloss to protect the paintwork. A certificate of authenticity will be issued.

Painting will be carefully packed and sent via registered mail.

Miss Havisham is a character from Great Expectations (which I studied in school unfortunately I can't remember what it exactly is about lol). She is an old scary spinster who wears a wedding dress for decades after being dumped at her wedding and then her demise was when her dress caught fire.

The painting is made with acrylics, the lines texture in the scan are present and are actually part of the primer. Miss Havisham is wearing a necklace that reads 'dandy'. Her stare is part coy part sinister.
