These gloves are pretty stretchy so one size will fit most.

The yarn is machine washable but I have not tried it so I don't know how it would hold up. I would recommend hand washing with warm water and mild detergent. To dry you should be able to get away with using a machine (tumble dry, low) but I would recommend laying it flat on a towel, fold the towel over the gloves and gently press to squeeze out excess water. Then lay flat to dry.
